Some really amazing times, especially when Rowan, Chris, Matt and Richard had run the London Marathon only 7 days earlier. Very well done all.

Well done everyone. And so the Bridgend County Running League starts in May. With many other runs on offer including the Porthkerry Plod on 13th May, it is going to be a busy few months ahead.

As Keith says, “Stay motivated”.

As usual I apologies for any errors or omissions.
