At the Harriers we are lucky to have the support, enthusiasm and knowledge of Rob Anderson, Personal Trainer. We meet with Rob twice a month for an hour of efforts/speed work. We all agree that this has helped with our personal best race times. We normally meet at the entrance to B&Q in the Winter and at Newbridge Fields in the Summer.

Schedule for ladies training sessions:

  • Thursday 21 Jan
    Newbridge Fields, by the changing rooms next to the track – Members pays for session

Sometimes we have to re-schedule so always check the website before attending.
